How long do credits last?
Subscription credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. Credit pack credits expire per the validity shown at purchase. Unused credits on expiry are non-refundable. The Lifetime Pack is valid for 12 months.
Do I get a refund if a generation fails?
Yes. Credits are automatically refunded if a task fails due to a system error, usually within minutes, no support needed.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription plans support refund requests within 7 days if fewer than 50 credits have been used. Credit packs are non-refundable once any credits are consumed. See our Refund Policy for details.
How does upgrading or downgrading work?
Upgrades take effect immediately and credits reset to the new plan's amount. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle; you keep your current plan's credits until then.
What payment methods are supported?
Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Creem.io. Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.) via NowPayments. Crypto payments are non-refundable.
Can multiple people share one account?
