We want you to be satisfied with ThePhotoForge. This policy explains when and how refunds are provided.
1. Subscription Plans
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you subscribed in the last 7 days and have consumed fewer than 50 credits, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us at [email protected] with your order ID.
- Refunds are not available after 7 days from purchase.
- If 50+ credits have been consumed, refunds are not available regardless of timing.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current period.
- Unused credits from a cancelled subscription are accessible until the period ends.
2. Credit Top-Up Packs
- Credit packs are non-refundable once any credits have been used.
- If no credits have been used from a pack purchased within 24 hours, contact us for a case-by-case review.
3. Automatic Refunds (System Errors)
Credits are automatically refunded to your balance when:
- A video generation job fails due to a technical error on our side.
- An image generation job errors out before producing any output.
- A queued job times out after 30 minutes without completing.
Automatic refunds are applied to your credit balance within minutes. No action is required on your part.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits used for successfully completed generations (even if you dislike the result).
- Refund requests made after the 7-day window.
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
- Crypto payments via NowPayments (due to blockchain finality).
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email [email protected] with subject: "Refund Request — [your email]"
- Include your order/transaction ID (found in billing settings).
- Briefly describe the reason for the refund request.
- We will respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
